Thanks for choosing Breal Solutions LLC. These terms come with every estimate and invoice for residential maintenance, handyman work, automotive and electronic repair, installation, and assembly in Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania. I will give you the price before I order parts or start, and that is what you pay for the visit we agreed on. If I find something extra — hidden damage, a different part, or a bigger repair — I will stop and ask you before adding any cost. Jobs over $300 need a 50% deposit up front. Jobs over $6,000 can be split into two deposits and a final payment. Jobs over $10,000 can be split into four payments as long as materials stay at or under half of the job total. The first deposit is always due before I start, and before I buy or order materials or equipment. I take Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, cash, and check. Apple Pay and cards work on site or through a link I send you. Booking the job, sending a deposit, or approving materials means you are on board with these terms.
